Steven Ma is a seasoned entrepreneur, investment strategist, and global business advisor with a proven track record in finance, private equity, real estate, and cross-border transactions. Licensed by FINRA with certifications in Series SIE, 63, 65, 7, 79, and 82, he specializes in investment banking, M&A advisory, SPAC listings, capital raising, and strategic growth initiatives. As General Partner of two successful real estate funds focused on redeveloping under-utilized malls in California, Steven combines deep market insight with hands-on operational expertise to unlock value and drive redevelopment success.

 

With extensive experience in U.S.–Asia markets, Steven has built and scaled successful ventures, including founding one of California’s premier education firms and establishing Pegasus California School in China. His leadership in business and policy includes serving on Hillary Clinton’s Northwestern Region Finance Committee and the California Commission on Asian American Pacific Islander Affairs, where he advanced advocacy and economic initiatives.
